This case study covers an agentic intake workflow, built natively inside Google Workspace Studio, that replaced manual expense entry with a single step: drop the file. The moment a receipt or invoice lands in one shared Drive folder, Gemini reads it, extracts the transaction, and writes a source-linked row into the books — leaving the bookkeeper two judgment calls instead of a full data-entry pass.
