Coaching seeks to fill the gap between the problems and the solutions at the level of the individual. In my consulting practice I usually end up doing coaching first or at least at the same time becauseĀ  I quickly realize the person or people that I am working for have a few pieces missing that need addressing to accomplish their goals.

One of the biggest mistakes I made when I was starting out and choosing people I could work with was to listen to the guys who were selling the “idea” of starting a business or making deals happen but never actually did any deals themselves or almost none.

If you are interested in talking about how to actually do something maybe someday, this is not for you. If you are preparing to prepare to prepare this is not for you. I am looking for people who are already taking action and are ready to go further. I am looking for other people who want to make deals happen, not just talking about it.

I work 1 on 1 with select people to help them get out of their comfort zone and get them working on what they need to be working and forgetting the rest. Also to find talented people that I can refer, work with or even make deals with, now or in the near future.

I only work with people 1 on 1. Coaching program is not always open, based on my availability and travel.
